The Zumbro River flood of September 2010 devastated about 20 communities, including Rochester. Many communities sustained substantial flood damage. They included Pine Island, Oronoco, Mazeppa, Zumbrota and Mantor-ville. One dam was lost, resulting in the permanent removal of a lake.

 

Several mission trips were made to help restore homes and churches in Owattona, Hammond and Zumbro Falls.
